1. The first experience is the entry. This room is about arrival, people, and gathering. It has an intimate, café setting with an eclectic mix of lounge furniture, display and a sensory installation that depicts the story of chocolate around the world.
2. The second experience is the marketplace. This room is about the product, merchandising, and sales. The room has a hand painted, groin vaulted ceiling.
3. The third experience is the “Chocolate Theater” where people gather and sit around a community table, watching chefs create gourmet ideas in the “Chocolate Lab.” This room is about process and experimentation.
